Need help!!!

I bought a 2003 dodge ram 1500 5.7L hemi from a dealership, it was less
than 9days later that I bought it that the check engine light is on... The truck
will randomly miss fire and lose acceleration during that time, this problem
comes and goes dealership is supposedly checking it all but I do not trust
them anymore on how this is all being handled. P0300 and P0301 came up
first when with dealer they said a O2 sensor prob came up as well. All things
that check out are coils plugs and wires, camshaft is good as well as catalytic
converter. Has anyone experienced this or know what it can be? I would
appreciate help thanks
