03 4.7 ram 1500

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Truck jumped time, fixed the timing now when it
starts it idles rough an the idling jumps to 3000. I
changed the throttle position sensor didn't help
anything. I'm at a stand still with been sitting for 7
months

Ninjaxxchicken, I'm not sure. I work out of town an haven't messed with it. But from reading different items online the map sensor doesn't fit the symptoms. I'm gonna try to get it in the shop asap. Unless it's an easy(ish) fix. I'm only a shade tree mechanic for the simplest things.
