But will start right back up and it flashes the
check engine light and looses power but at
times gets it back. I have only drove it for
about 30 miles. I don't know what the
problem is?
Go have it scanned to know the true issue,may be something not hooked up,being it was just installed,but in my oppion if it runs good for 20 miles then does it,check the catilac converter,may be bad.
It probably is something not clipped in tight. But I did have a similar problem with a 2007 swap. Ended up being the cam sensor. Ran great for a couple days then started spiting, sputtering and no cruise control. Changed the sensor and 10k later still good

After about 30-60 mins it starts back up and runs fine again for another 5-10 miles its not low on oil or low oil pressure. If anyone knows anything I would really appreciate it.
