Looses power

My 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 5.9 Hemi looses  power
when I really punch it. It seems around 3500 rpm it
bogs down and looses power. I have to turn it off
and restart it so I can drive again. If I accelerate
normally it does fine. What could cause that? It
isn't setting any codes relating to that.

Possible plugged up catalytic converter. A muffler shop can do a back pressure test.
