I recently purchased a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 pick up. It has an Awesome ride and appearance. My father owned it and used it mainly for stuff to do the yard, mulch, sand, etc. I am just wondering now that I drive it daily to work should I switch oils to a synthetic to keep the engine at its prime? I have no issues with this truck, just want to keep her driving excellent. Can anyone make some suggestions please?

regular oil is perfectly fine. as long as you change your oil at regular intervals, there isn't much benefit in synthetic. leave it to the race cars.
