Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I parked my truck wednesday night and when I went out to start it on thursday morning it would not fire, the motor just keeps turning and turning. I didn't have a chance to look at it till that night. I went out and discharged the pressure on the fuel rail and tried to start it again, the fuel pump did re-pressurize the fuel rail. I then pulled one of the spark plug wires on the cap and set it to the side of the post and turned the motor over. I saw arc's so it looks like I am getting spark. As a last attempt I disconnected the battery for 30 minutes to let the computer reset itself, plugged it back up but still no go. Does anyone have any suggestions for me?

Its probably a sensor. I'd take the crank sensor wires off check continuity and and then replace if ya have t ok . Dodge has a sensor the way I hear it under the intake . When it shifts up to high it's designed to cut four cylinders down so truck will run on 4 as long as it's in overdrive. My daughter has hers in shop now and it's been a night mare . It's hard to start wont shift into over but once out of every 100 times. But when it does shit and running right u better have something under the hood . Just saying
