First problem maybe that the A/C condenser coil maybe clogged with dirt and bugs restricting air flow across the fins suggest cleaning with a garden hose and nozzle. Second if everything is working correctly on the A/C system then the inline filter in the high side line is clogged and needs to be replaced.
I can hook up freon gauge to it and it shows in the red what could be wrong.
