wondering if i can put aftermarket 16in rims on to replace the factory 17s. bigger tire smaller rim shouldnt affect speedometer much? not sure if there will be proper clearance between rim and disc brake, due to dodge and there oversized discs? from what ive been told, very unsure someone please help

Depends what size brake rotors you have, not sure what options for rotor size were available on that year, I would start by talking to the Dodge dealer service department to pull a VIN report and see what size rotors your vehicle originally came with.
No. Absolutely not. You have to shave the calipers for them to fit. I'm experiencing the same issue right now I bought 16s for a good price thinking they would fit.
My answer is a question would a set of 03 Chrome 17"rims from a Dodge pickup fit a2015 4x4 with 4 wheel drive and disc brakes
