Up until yesterday the oil gauge in my 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 would go to 0 - the check gauges lite would come on and pressure would be restored just as quickly as it had been lost. i have a 1998 dodge ram 1500 sport with a 5.9 gas motor. im trying to figure out what trans i have in the truck. the tag under the hood says bd48. when i look that up it shows for a diesel. so im not sure what trans i have. i cant find any tags on the trans at all but on the bell housing does have 064-2 if that helps any 3 Answers
