2004 Ram - Dead - No lights, no power at all

Just bought this truck yesterday - Today changed oil, winsheild wipers, and battery - got in truck to leave and there was nothing when i turned the key - Triple checked every wire and fuse and then put the old battery back in - the only fuse box i could find on the truck was the one under the hood - Not sure how to tell if you have a bad relay???? Any ideas

About 10 times - getting ready to go to O'Reillys to see if they have the inner fender relay
