Hi there. I have had similar problems in which I HAVE found the problem. It is frustrating. Driver side low beam first cuts in and out, then eventually quits. Changed bulb, didn't work. Checkede for fuses, there are none. Some electrical components run fuses on these trucks, other run a fuse that is "uilt in" to the fuse box. So many people had told me to change the fusebox. I did not want to spend that kind of money just to fix a burned out low beam. Obviously though, the fusebox was fried, and eventually got worse, until finally it was screwing with the voltage regulating, which eventually caused my passenger side battery to overheat and "blow up", almost burning my truck to the ground. What a mess of battery acid everywhere. I changed the fusebox, battery problem is fixed, headlight problem is fixed. A dodge dealership will tell you that you need to change your computer along with the fusebox. This is false. They are only trying to take your money. My old computer worked with the new fusebox, although the old computer "did not" ground through the new fusebox. Run a ground wire from one of the computer bolts to the fender and you will have no troubles. If you "do" buy a computer, make sure the guys at the dealership are smart enough to program it for your specific vehicle. These computers are the same for a lot of dodge vehicles, but are programmed differently for each. If your computer is not programmed properly, you can run into serious issues such as no lights, air bag deployment, etc. Trust me. I have seen this, and it can make a mess.

Thank you for your answer. Are you talking the fusebox on left side of dash or the power distribution box under the hood. Thank You
