04 Dodge Ram v6 low power on highway

I have replaced many parts on my Dodge Ram.  Hhere are the current issues I
am having:

Takes much longer to start the engine, especially on a cold start.

High rpm and low power on highway, especially uphill.

Sounds possible. I recently replaced the fuel pump with a Topscope Fuel Pump from Amazon.
