I have a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 with the 4.7l v8. I
changed the spark plugs and now it idles at 2000
rpm constant, no jumping. Also throws a P0068
code. I have changed all vacuum hoses, TPS, IAC,
MAP sensor, intake manifold gaskets, throttle body
gaskets and I cleaned the throttle body. Any other
ideas?

For testing with high idle, I block off the mouth of throttle-body, it should kill the engine, If very little or no effect, You got false air getting in there from somewhere. On your engine, upper and lower intake gaskets are known problems. Make sure throttle valve is closing, check and clean idle air control. Any sensors I replace, I try to check wiring circuits first. Just my opinion.
I changed both gaskets already. How do I check if the throttle valve is closing?
And closing off the mouth did not kill it, but did idle around what it should idle at
Blocking off the mouth of throttle should kill it. You got air getting in there from somewhere? It can't run w/o air. I just don't know where it's coming from? Just my opinion.
