2005 Ram 1500, power windows out.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

2005 Ram 1500, power windows out. No blown fuses and wiring/circuit breaker ok. I found that holding the window down while then pushing in and wiggling hard on the ignition with the key in it, I found a "spot" in ACC mode where the window started getting power, but then quit. Very hard to find the spot where it will do this. Of note, my ignition key can be pulled out while the truck is running, it is that warn out.  So this is telling me that there is some continuity link, e.g., when in the run or ACC position that power flows through to the Circuit breaker and to the windows.  What component do you think is at fault? Just the Key tumbler or more?  Thanks.
