changed front brakes & rotors. 4 brakes bled. truck goes forward fine, but can't reverse. back wheels lock up after reversing about one foot.

Drums in back I agree with tennisshoes. Double check your work and the adjustment mech.

You may have the rear shoes in backwards,there,s one shoe that is alittle shorter on the lining than the other. When I do drum brakes I lay the parts on the floor just like they come off the vehicle. This saves alot of headaces,an oldtimer thaught me this when I was a youngen working in a filling station.
