Truck issues

I've replaced the front left blinker bulb twice on my
05 ram 1500 and both of those bulbs literally
busted, what could be causing it?

moisture getting in there? Excess voltage? I'd get a meter and check for spikes.

I replaced the bulb socket and it seems to be working now. The headlight has been missing a bolt since I got it so maybe It started rattling, appreciate the help
