05 ram 1500 2wd control arm problem

I recently had a shop replace my left upper control
arm . After about 2,500 miles the Outside of the
tire was bald and the inside still looked fine. I took
a look and can visibly see the dirt/rust where the
bolts use to be and now theu are approximately a
qtr inch away from the original placement. Can tht
be whats causing tire wear anf truck to pull so
bad?

Front suspension needs to be rechecked for any other worn parts. If ok an alignment would correct the problem. Also rotate tires or replace the worn tires. Even with an alignment. Unevenly worn tires can still cause a pull. Camber, caster and toe needs to be adjusted
I had NTB to replace both front tires, rack and pinion, tie rod ends and wheel bearings/hubs. $1200 later i drive away and still pulling Hard .
If ball joints are tight. Camber and caster were not setup properly. Very possible it has the wrong control arm on it and during the alignment tried to compensate for the difference or had someone that didn't know how to properly set the alignment.
Can you visibly see a difference in how camber is on each side and with caster can see if one wheel is sitting further back than the other
They told me before I left tht something was maxed out and they needed to get new bolts. Im almost positive they were talking about the camber. Why wlf they tell me two different times tht the alignment is good and they test drove it but yet u can take ur hands off the wheel anf take a sharp turn on the hwy?. Thanks for the info. Im going back up there tomorrow for them to try something else ill update then.
Oh and on top of tht idk if its related but i can here a sqweek with every rotation of the wheel but Only when i hit the gas
The a sqeak could be the hub assembly, one of the pad retainers or the backing plate. Camber and caster have to be set before you set toe. And it's no problem
