I swap from a 2005. 4.7 to a 2006 4.7 but I have no

the control modules, the BCM, TCM and ECM all must be brought aboard~

2005 4.7 is a 1 year only motor. I've seen different counts on tone wheel for cam and crank sensors. If the counts are wrong to the computer it won't spark or inject fuel. The wiring is different so changing computers won't work. You need the right year motor.
