Change motors

Will there b any major changed i'll have to
do to my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 ST 3.7
motor , to remove 3.7 V6 n replace with a
318 V8 , n will it b exspensive or even
worth it , im thinking it will b a nice change
?

All depends on what year the 318 is. If it is a 2002 or older engine, then it would not be feasible to do.
