transmission wont change until 2000rpm when first start and switch to reverse it whines

fluid level is full had it changed last sept by BIG O that when problem started

OK then next is get your OBD codes scanned. A large parts house will do it free and if it does not pinpoint the fault at least eliminate a lot of guesswork... may find a faulty solenoid. Did they do a drain and fill or a flush? A 'so called 'flush' will pick up small debris that stays on the bottom of the transmission pan and filter screen, where it does no harm...and circulate that crap through your transmission
