06' Dodge Ram 1500 4.7

My number 1 cylinder has no compression and is
leaking into the manifold. The truck runs very
rough and will not go above 10-20 mph. If you floor
the gas it chokes itself out as well of u go up a hill
it chokes itself out. What could be the issue?

Burned intake valve is much more rare than a burned exhaust valve. I am going to say it is a dropped or otherwise bad valve seat or broken intake valve spring.
