My 2006 dodge 1500 5.7 hemi gets a occasional
slight shudder at speeds of 45 up to about 60  
after driving 90 miles or more. Doesn't do it all the
time . I think it is in the tourque converter but not
sure. Will it hurt to drive it like that until the
symptoms get worse ?

It might be the torque converter lockup but you may want to have a transmission shop check it out.
