Location of Evaporator Emissions Vent Control Circuit on 2006 Ram 1500, 4.75L engine?

Code P 0499 keeps popping up when checked.  Clearing the code works for a short time, and "Check Engine" light comes on again.

The truck has less than 64,000 miles on it, so is like new. I'll try replacing the gas cap, even though it makes no sense to me.
