Shifting and power issues PCM?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hello, I'm am lost. I have an 06 ram 4.7 liter. I am having issues with shifting
too fast and then down shifting. It also does not shift out of 1st until it hits
5000 rims. Sometimes it shifts down hard when coasting to slow down. The
rpm gauge is all over the place. When cruising at 40mph it is at 0. I have
taken it to a transmission place and he said the bands were good and there
was no metal flakes in the case. I am thinking it may be the pcm but I am not
sure. Anything helps. Thanks in advance

what type of trans? a 545rfe? Possibly a governor pressure solenoid (transducer) or sensor. If it was a reputable trans shop, i would think the transmission shop would have mentioned that..The shop had no idea?
