Shifting problems

Noticed my 2007 Dodge ram 1500 4.7L wasn't
shifting properly. Read some forums and replaced
a few things i.e. idle control sensor, throttle
position sensor, both in input and output speed
sensors and just last night replaced the spark
plugs and coils. Runs much better, but something
doesn't feel right when reaching higher speeds. No
check engine light or any codes when I had it read.
Not much a car/truck guy, so any help would be
greatly appreciated.

You know what, I actually didnt, but plan on doing so this evening when I get off work.
