I too am having starting problems with my ram 1500.

MINE IS A 2006 W/ A 3.7 SIX. ITS NOT USED A LOT. IT HAS 66 THOUSAND MILES.
I PUT A NEW BATTERY IN IT A YR AGO. AND A NEW STARTER SOLENOID
TODAY. IT WONT CRANK OR EVEN MAKE A NOISE. IF YOU JUMP IT IT MAY
START AFTER A COUPLE OF MIN. I WOULD THEN DRIVE IT AROUND AND LET IT
SET AN IDOL W/NO PROBLEMS.IF I TURN IT OFF IT WILL START RIGHT BACK UP.
IF IT SITS A FEW DAYS IT WONT START ,CLICK, ANYTHING. ANY IDEAS?

Try putting your battery on a trickle charger till its fully charged. Sounds like with all the sitting it does that the battery might be low on charge. If that helps you can buy a trickle charger to install on your truck that when plugged in while truck not in use for long periods of time it will keep your battery fully charged without over charging it.
