I have a 1995 ram with a 5.9 and it cranks a while before it starts. I've tried turning the key on and off but that did not help.i've also changed the ASD relay, again no help. When the truck finally starts it sputters a little and then smoothes out. Any ideas?

Yes, Check the fuel pressure, could be a bad fuel pump. Sound fuel related. Also replace the fuel filter, could cause low fuel pressure.
