Not much to go on here kevin. Is the CEL on? Happen both cold and warmed up? Mileage? Any history that would help?

CEL is Check Engine Light. If it's lit up you can have a scan done to help find the fault detected that made it come on. Most Big Auto-Parts houses will do it free, and give you a code that begins with P followed by four numbers, then at OBDcodes.com it will explain the cause and solution. Sitting for 3 months also could have gotten water in the tank from condensation
