no start, no crank. acts dead.

i have a 2001 chevy venture van that we put a new battery and starter on and still nothing. turn the key to on and the lights and door dinger works but then when you go to start it not even a click? please Help

I have a 2001 Chevrolet venture van I replaced the starter but I got lights and dash lights radio works but no crank and no start

When you disconnect the battery on your car the car will not start afterwards. You have to pull out the fuse called ign. (nr 1, one of the big fuses in the fusebox that is located above your battery. When you put it in again it will reset, you can start the engine.

GuruVRMSX that still didnt help me i have no dash lights tested the battery its good so is the starter i have power there is door ding and radio power. Checked all the fuses still no power to the dash and no crank please help
