2000 Chevy Astro van shakes while sitting idle

I have a 2000 Chevy Astro van when I
start it up it shakes if I leave it running
it shakes but if I start driving it stops
what could be the problem

I have the exact same issue with my 2002 Astro. However I had the sparks and wires changed and it still shakes at idle but not when driving??
