Heat and air doesn't work

My heater doesn't have hot air and my ac
doesn't blow cold air just blows hot air there
was water that use to get in my floorboard
on passenger side what's wrong can u help
me out please

sounds like the heater core leaks and is probably clogged . AC is another thing and should be done by a pro , more than likely the freon leaked out , and if you get a can and put it in that' ll also leak out ,
