how do I change spark plugs and loosen the pully on engine belt?

Hi Melanie! Take a trip down to your local library where they will probably have the Chilton's manual for your Blazer. That should give you a procedure for both jobs. If you are contemplating doing more of this type of work you should probably buy a copy at your local big box parts store or amazon.com. Good luck!
