toyota camry 2003 radiator fan not working

My 2003 toyora camry radiator fan does not come
on at all. Tried letting it idle for a while with Ac full
blast. Ac has a fan too, in the same housing as
radiator fan. Car overheats. Neither fan comes on.
Disconnected the wiring harness from one of the
fans and I ran tester cables from battery to
terminals on fan. Nothing. Did this prove fan not
working. It should run right?

If you "hot wired" the fan correctly from a fully charged battery.....indeed the fan should have run full blast. What puzzles me...is BOTH fans apparently are not working. I suspect you may have a bad relay...or...a computer issue. We really need a wiring diagram of this RAD/AC Circuit. See if there are 3 Relays in the under hood fuse/relay box. Fan#1...Fan#2...and COND. fan.
Danie....did you ever resolve the issue with this vehicle?

I have the same issue. BOTH Fans aren't coming on when reaching Hi Temps while idling. Does anyone know if it was a relay, etc?
Does anyone know why my radiator fan isn’t working? The AC fan is working. The car temperature is where it’s suppose to be just the radiator fan isn’t turning on.

Coolant temperature switch in the radiator is more than likely bad. It's a normally open switch. When vehicle reaches a certain temperature the switch closes and one fan turns on. If you want both fans to run turn on the A/C as it is wired in series for additional cooling while using the A/C
