Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2003 toyota camry with broken timming
chain, do any know if the whole engine is gone or
just change the timming chain and it's good?

You or a shop will have to determine that. The crank usually is rotated to see if anything is hanging up. The timing obviously will have to be checked and for other damage inside the timing case area such as chain guides, tensioner (s) etc. So it's really more than just a chain if you plan on keeping the vehicles for a while. These type of repairs can be done without removing the engine but most of the time access is limited. Good Luck!
