Try Checking the 100/120 amp Alt(Alternator fuse). Should be at the under hood Junction fuse box. Look under the cover for FUSE/RELAY ID.

all fuses except ignition ecu and headlights are showing power was told by TOyota the headlight fuses will only show power when they are on also the ecu fuses is good they said because the check engine light is on. so im looking at the only one left is the ignition fuses showing no power to the fuses. again battery alternator sparks and fuel pump are new. car was working fine on saturday until 10pm when it would no longer start. No odometer radio or clock in car working . only headlights door ajar and check engine light. car has 3/4 tank of gas

Without a wiring diagram for this vehicle I can only guess as to why you do not have power getting to Ignition and ECU fuses. I seem to recall power to these fuses must go through the Alt. Fuse. Suggest you find that fuse and see if it has power going IN and OUT of that fuse. Then we can go from there.

What sort of maintenance or repair was done to this vehicle before this problem surfaced. Something or someone must have caused this issue? What's the story?

What engine is in your camry? Have you had any recent repairs performed on your vehicle?

Have you tried a proper jump start? Careful now...this must be done correctly or big $$$$ repairs!

I did took it to a garage and replaced battery and alternator. Now they fixed the radio and tail lights, but still windows, odo meter, clock, blower fan and gear fob is not working.

When the Engine is running.....any warning lights on or flashing?

OK...the next step in the diagnosis is to have computers scanned for codes. Some Auto Parts Stores do this for Free. Be sure to write down any codes found.
