How to replace driver's window regulator and where to get the part

Yep you sure do. You can buy one of the those monster rivet units, some parts places rent them, or you can use bolts, nuts, washers and lock washers and some locktite and that will hold it together. But you have to know how to measure clearances so the regulator won’t bind up.
my first answer never posted,so I'll try copy and paste. Yep you sure do. Yes, if the old regulator is riveted to the door the rivets will need to be drilled out. Your local auto parts store or rockauto.com will have a new regulator. It should come with the correct size self tapping screws so you can put it back together. Hope that helps! Jim
