Won't turn over

Car won't turn over just goes clonk when I turn tthe
key fitted new starter motor and battery but still
the same also had ignition switch rebuilt anyone
got any ideas

things should be tested not replaced , make sure the batt terminals are tight , does the motor turn over by hand ? Some rebuilt starters from auto zoo are junk out of the box
