can't open the top on my clk 430 2002 mercedes I need help

Try to open and can't by the switch are there another way

May be a silly question, but have you released to windshield latches? If so, you may need to check the fuse and/or relay for the power roof motor... If they are both ok, then you have a bad power roof motor...

You might have a bad hydraulic pump which cost about 2000.00, or more, very costly repair. You can manually operate the top, instructions are simple there is about six steps to follow page 286 of your owner's manual. Hope this info helps you out
