how do i manually open the convertible solf top of an 2004 clk 500 mercedes benz

If it is possible the instructions will be in your owners manual. No manual? Down load one, I am sure Mercedes has the link on their website.

My CLK 430 2002 Mercedes-Benz ragtop won't let down and my windows are tweaking when I do take the battery post off and replace it back to Windows working then they go back to tweaking again what's the problem

Mario - Possibly the electronic module that controls the top function. This may be the BCM (body control module). Ask your local Mercedes dealer part counter guy.
