Replaced the heads on my 2000 Malibu . It idels rough and the exhaulst suxs back in a little. What can cause this. What can I do to fix it ?

Do a compression test on all the cylinders. If the exhaust is "sucking back in" that would be a dead exhaust valve but there would be alot more going on than the little you described.

might be as simple as a compromised O-2 sensor, did you use any sealers on the e-manifold instalation? many people also use antiseaze (debatable I know) for the studs and nuts, if it were to get into the manifold on instalation it might cause falure of the exhaust gas sensors
