where is the mass air flow sensor and how do I clean it?

The MAF sensor is in the air intake tube. And there is a special spray for cleaning it. Pick it up at you local parts store.
Do you even know what a MAF is? There are no mechanical parts that move.

Hi Rowefast thanks for the response I understand that it's a filter with a sensor that may need cleaning. I need to get the car past emission inspection in MD I'm trying to resolve codes P0170 & P0173. The fuel pump was replaced with OE one and after 65 miles of hwy driving the light came CEL came back on. My previous MB (1986) didn't have one so you're right I really don't know what it is best s
