changed air intake manifold wont start but ran before

wants to pop and fuel gauge goes to E whilst cranking engine . bucks and there seems to be a misfire some where. Cant seem to find out why can you help please

Did you torgue the intake down properly and to spec? If not it could be letting un metered air in the intake. Did you make sure that any harness you unplugged was plugged back in properly?
