Slipping and slightly over heating

I have an 01 malibu its overheatin but bearly above
the half way mark and the car is slipping between
20 and 30 miles and then between 50 and 65
..changed transmission fluid, throttle positioning
sensor ,mass airflow sensor,i looked for vaccum
leaks found none , thermostat,the cat was changed
like 3 months ago. Im just wondering if the
problems could b related or if u guys have any
suggestions on wat else i should check
