Have MB or a dealership do it. I believe you need special fluid from MB for these transmissions. Have them do a power flush of the system. I had this done at 72k to my Chrysler Sebring and it ran and drove like a new car. I used to do fluid and filter changes myself for the trans, but you only ever get about 1/4 of the old fluid out using that method. The power flush is a quart-for-quart replacement of the fluid in your trans, torque convertor, etc.

Have a shop do it. They have the special maintenance dipstick for the job. It requires approx 8.5 qts, and it is a sythetic transmission fluid. It is also required to be at a certain temp and a certain line on the dipstick.
