"Drives rough" is a vague term. Does it feel like the engine is misfiring, or does it feel like tranny is slipping, or something suspension related? For the tranny, take it to a shop that specializes in transmissions and have them run it on their stand, they'll be able to test all the shift solenoids, fluids, TC clutch, etc. If it's overdue for servicing it might need a filter and fluid change.
