Is there a fix for a leaking gasket besides removing heads. What is the procedure called where they spray a solution into the engine under pressure to clean the engin of build up

If your head gasket has gone there is no quick fix, head off, skimmed and new gasket set are the order of the day. Think you may be referring to de-coking but not entirely sure as I don't know what the process entails.
