wagovan fails emissions, high nox

is there an egr valve on an 89 honda civic wagovan (Stick shift)  If so, where is it?

Try looking on the intake for a solenoid/diaphram that has exhast plumbed into it. I know that sounds pretty easy, but it might not be that noticable or on top where you can take a look. It will be on/in the intake somewhere, so keep poking around. If you give up, you could try getting a Chilton manual.
