It is very easy. Turn key on, engine off. Pump the gas pedal fully three times. The oil change light will flash. Start your vehicle and now it is reset. Reset tool not necessary.

This is more of another question than an answer. Have a customer with a 2004 Chevy Venture. Is there a way to reset the gauges on this? Wanted to try it before trying to repair an issue with the cluster. I know how to do it on the dodge vehicles but i guess chevy may have a different way. ive attactched a photo with the style gauge he has, the speedo needle is whipped all the way around to the right and is stuck and sometimes works he says, fuel doesnt work and temp is also stuck

Check the drain plug and see if they replaced the gasket/seal (rubber washer orange or black) alot of the times you lose pressure or have a leak this is the cause. I hope this fixed yours
