ventilation problems on a 99 chevy blazer

i have a 1999 chevy blazer just recently my truck had cold air and hot air and now its not
blowing either i checked all the fuses and have found none is my problem the blower
motor or is it a vacum leak behind the dash im confused where to start and i refuse to
goto a mechanic im better off doing it myself i just have found myself stumped with the
problem

Is the blower motor coming on. It's a fan that blows the air. Or is it not coming from the right vents?
