would it hurt my 99 blazer if the wheels stick out in the front

I don't want to end up having to change my wheel bearings because my wheels stick out to far in the front

It's fine as far as they are the same height and diameter other wise it may screw up the transfer case and throw all kind of abs/tcs lights.

wheels that bolt up sticking out further can casue more stress to components such as ball joints. The 4x4 set up on these blazers have a very positive offset like a front wheel drive. You can do it, your not gonna break parts left and right but it does casue increased wear.
